Our client, a well-respected NHS organisation in Bristol, is looking for a HR People Partner to come on board on a temporary basis for an initial 3-contract that is likely to be extended.

Location: Bristol (Hybrid Remote)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Length of Contract: 3 months +

Hourly Rate: £25.87 - £28.06 via Umbrella

Day to Day Duties:

  • Expertise in Employee Relations, you will play a crucial role in managing complex casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and long-term sickness
  • Utilise your experience in supporting ER casework, attending investigation meetings, sitting on panels, managing paperwork related to cases and holding a high ER caseload of diverse and challenging issues
  • Handle competing priorities skilfully, ensuring effective resolution of cases while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance
  • Challenge senior managers when necessary, providing confident advice on process and potential legal challenges, contributing to fair and legally compliant outcomes
  • work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure the organisation is well-led and highperforming and achieves its strategic and operational objectives;
  • Support and coach managers to be confident, enabled and empowered leaders who engage
  • and inspire their team;
  • Embed good people management practice, which reflects the Sirona values, and that this is

  • Ensure that staff can access regular and relevant development opportunities that enable them
