HR Advisor - Transformation Project

Contract 8 Months

Integral UK is a leading provider of mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance services across the UK. We are currently undergoing a significant transformation to enhance our operations and better serve our clients.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to play a crucial role in our transformation project. This position will support the HR function in implementing change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and maintaining employee engagement throughout the transformation process.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Partner with the transformation team to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational change
2.Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures related to the transformation
3.Support managers in communicating change to their teams and addressing employee concerns
4.Assist in designing and delivering training programs to support new processes and systems
5.Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies
6.Manage employee relations issues arising from the transformation
7.Coordinate with other HR team members to ensure consistent HR practices across the organisation
8.Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to the transformation project
9.Contribute to the development of retention strategies during the change process
10.Support recruitment efforts for new roles created as part of the transformation

Qualifications:
CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a change management or transformation context
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong project management and organizational skills
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment
