Description

As the HR Advisor you will:-

  • Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage all aspects of employee relations
  • Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Participate in HR projects as required
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • CIPD Level 5
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role ideally within FMCG/Manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid ER experience (grievances, disciplinaries, absences)
