This role would suit a career minded HR Generalist who is looking to develop their career with the support of a great team and would offer you the opportunity for long-term career progression.

This is certainly one of the most interesting and exciting clients I have the pleasure of working with. Everyone in the team shares a passion for providing a first-class HR service and when I asked them to describe their culture they said:

"Jo - we are a team who 'work to live' not 'live to work'. We all love our jobs and are passionate about HR, but we certainly don't work long hours, and all have busy lives outside of the office."

You can tell the moment that you meet them that they all get along really well and love being part of a small HR team. I asked them to describe the best thing about working together so closely and the HR Manager commented:

"I have worked for other large and highly matrixed businesses but struggled to develop my HR experience because of all the specialists. Here I am involved in everything from ER and Performance to HR projects and new initiatives. I have learnt more in 6 months than I did in 3 years at my last employer".

The role is based in Bristol (with occasional travel to their other offices) and their hybrid working policy is 2 days in the office which will vary according to business needs.

Here's what to expect:

  • The support of a great HR team and the chance to develop your career in a fully Generalist role.
  • A business that takes a pride in developing an atmosphere of continuous improvement, enjoyment and innovation.
  • High performing HR team.
  • A culture of innovation, support and Wellbeing.

Person Specification:

  • HR Advisor level experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to network successfully at all levels.
  • Proactive and able to deliver in a fast-past environment.
  • Passionate about joining a team where you will be visible and add value.
