We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team and work alongside senior leaders to develop and deliver impactful HR strategies. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of inclusivity, performance improvement, and innovation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering professional HR insights and guidance.
  • Build effective relationships with staff-led groups and trade unions, leading consultation and negotiations.
  • Lead and mentor the HR Consultancy Team, cultivating a high-performing and collaborative environment.
  • Address complex employee relations matters and champion ethical leadership.
  • Drive equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives while embedding people-centred change management strategies.
  • Support corporate projects and transformation programmes, ensuring HR contributes to strategic objectives.
  • In depth understanding of and commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) and evidence of
  • Extensive experience in a senior HR role managing complex and challenging employee relations

About You:You're a confident leader, MCIPD qualified, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage change, and deliver results. With expertise in HR and people management, you thrive in challenging environments and are committed to fostering inclusivity and continuous improvement.
