HR Business Support Officer

Part time - 30 hours per week

Temporary - until end of June

£17.79 per hour

Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a HR Business Support Officer to start ASAP.

You would be assisting and supporting the Director of Workforce & Change and Head of HR to achieve the strategic priorities of the HR Service plan and budget monitoring requirements.Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation, monitoring and analysing a range of financial information for HR budgets before the required financial deadlines.
  • Prepare and present financial management reports to stakeholders
  • Assess and resolve operational procedures both verbally and through written correspondence
  • Resolve complex logistical problems and deliver a range of outcomes
  • Being the first point of contact for a range of stakeholders across the business

Skills / experience:

  • Experience in analysing and interpreting financial data
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong ttention to detail
