The Role:


We are seeking a skilled HR Data & Reporting Coordinator to support our dynamic HR team. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Capability, you will be responsible for managing and analysing HR data, developing insightful reports, and ensuring data integrity across various platforms.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards using Power BI to visualise HR metrics.
  • Manage and analyse data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and drawing actionable insights.
  • Produce tailored HR reports, ensuring clarity and relevance for diverse audiences.
  • Support organisational change processes, maintaining data compliance and quality standards.
  • Deliver training on reporting tools and processes to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment in data management and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills



The Individual

We're looking for people who can show:

  • Is highly skilled in Power BI and Excel, with the ability to analyse, interpret, and present data effectively. Strong Power BI skills for creating visual dashboards.
  • Has experience working across teams and managing data for large, complex projects.
  • Is organised, pragmatic, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understands quality assurance techniques and knows how to apply them to meet defined requirements.
  • Communicates effectively with diverse audiences and can present reports in a clear, impactful way.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the nuclear energy sector or engineering environments.
  • Familiarity with organisational change management processes.
  • Professional HR or data-related qualifications (e.g., CIPD Level 5, data analysis certifications).
