HR Generalist (3-Month Contract - Remote/Bristol-Based)

Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking for your next contract opportunity? We’re working with a dynamic organisation that requires immediate HR support for a key transition project. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for a confident HR professional with strong TUPE and restructuring experience.

The Role

As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with an HR Consultant to support a TUPE in project and subsequent restructuring programme. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance on TUPE processes, employee consultations, and associated HR policies
  • Supporting the HR Consultant in preparing documentation and communications
  • Assisting with restructuring activities, including employee engagement and compliance with UK employment law
  • Ensuring a smooth transition and effective people management during organisational change

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in TUPE in projects and restructuring within the UK
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with key stakeholders
