Interim HR Business Partner, 7 months - Local Government - Bristol with hybrid working - £37.39 per hour Reporting into the Head of Human Resources you will work in partnership with leaders and key stakeholders to shape, develop and deliver HR strategies to achieve organisational objectives.Your key responsibilities will include:-

  • Building strong professional working relationships with clients, colleagues, trade unions and staff-led groups
  • Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters
  • Supporting the implementation of change management, using data and research
  • Engaging with leaders to drive equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) efforts
  • Coaching and influence senior leaders to consider the ethical impact of their decisions

You should be an experienced HR Business Partner with a track record working in a heavily unionised environment in the public sector. Experience of negotiating changes to terms and conditions and a familiarity with Green and Red Books needs to be combined with a comprehensive understanding of EDI best practice. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
