Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition, client service, and the private staffing industry. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing & Screening:Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess experience, skills, and suitability for private household roles.
Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and relevant information.
Reference and security checks.
Client & Candidate Coordination:
Assist in scheduling interviews between candidates and clients.
Communicate professionally with high-profile clients and their representatives, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
Provide candidates with guidance on interview preparation and expectations.
Administrative Support:
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various recruitment platforms.
Ensure all candidate documentation (CVs, references, background checks, etc.) is properly collected and maintained.
Support senior recruiters with various administrative tasks as needed.
Industry Research & Networking:
Stay informed about trends in the private staffing sector and maintain knowledge of industry best practices.
Attend networking events and industry-related functions to build relationships with potential candidates and clients. We are very keen to find a candidate who is confident in this field.
Qualifications & Skills:
1+ year of experience in recruitment, HR, hospitality, or a related field (internships welcome).
Strong communication skills with a professional and discreet approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Computer literate.
Experience in luxury hospitality, private households, or high-net-worth client service is advantageous.
