Job Title: Recruitment Administrator (Human Resources)Hours: 37 Per WeekType: Temporary OngoingLocation: Bristol, BS4Start Date: ASAPWork Pattern: Monday - Friday | 09:00am - 17:00pm | Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This role is critical in supporting the Housing service's significant recruitment drive, ensuring our operational capabilities meet the needs of our residents and comply with new regulatory requirements.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Housing team with the delivery of high volume specialist recruitment campaigns by providing administrative support.
  • Use the council's Applicant Tracking System.
  • Place adverts, arrange interviews, produce offer letters, provide referencing, and offer CV searching support.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Adhere to the council's recruitment and selection policy to ensure fair and transparent recruitment.
  • Assist managers in attracting and appointing new talent.
  • Manage recruitment activity from attraction to appointment.
  • Ensure the council's homes meet new regulatory requirements.

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrable knowledge and/or experience of equalities and diversity issues.
