Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the business area to provide proactive, strategic HR support.
- Work closely with senior leaders, advising on HR best practices and influencing key decisions.
- Lead initiatives in areas such as talent development, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and corporate social responsibility.
- Oversee change management programmes, including restructures and TUPE processes.
- Support complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
- Analyse HR data and trends to inform decision-making and improve business performance.
- Collaborate with recruitment, reward, and organisational development teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Manage key annual processes, including salary reviews, promotions, and performance evaluations.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive HR Business Partnering experience at a senior level.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders.
- A track record of managing organisational change, including restructures and TUPE.
- A commercial mindset and thorough knowledge of employment law.
- Experience handling complex employee relations cases.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A willingness to travel to other UK based offices as needed.
