Signature are currently supporting a leading Bristol Software company in their search for a temporary HR Advisor. They are looking for someone who can start immediately and can commit to working until early February.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance management, providing expert guidance to managers throughout these processes while ensuring compliance with UK employment law
  • Oversee comprehensive recruitment campaigns from job design through to onboarding, including crafting job descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and developing structured onboarding programs for new starters
  • Manage and develop HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with current legislation and best practice, while implementing effective communication strategies to ensure company-wide understanding and compliance
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs across various HR topics including performance management, leadership development, and compliance, monitoring effectiveness and adapting content based on feedback

Requirements

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years HR Advisor experience
  • Experience with HR systems and databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Discretion with confidential information
