In this role, you will work closely with management, prepare residential valuations and home buyer reports for private clients in accordance with client/company requirements. This is a office based role with possibility of potential partnership if desired.
This role would suit a Chartered Surveyor who wants to work on a variety of interesting properties at the heart of one the most dynamic property markets in the UK. Who could one day see themselves achieving partnership.
THE ROLE
- Prepare accurate and detailed residential property valuations.
- Conduct thorough Homebuyer Reports in line with company and client requirements.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients to assist them in making informed property decisions.
- Ensure all reports are completed to the highest standards and within agreed timeframes.
- Work closely with clients, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
THE PERSON
- MRICS qualification
- Background in preparation of residential valuations and home buyer reports for private clients
- Full UK Driving License
