£40k-£45K + Double OTE + Car allowance

Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their leading Managed Service Provider based in Bristol. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional IT services and solutions. You will act as the main point of contact, understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to upsell services such as IT networks, cybersecurity, telecoms, and cloud solutions. You will be targeted on retention, upselling, cross-selling and NPS scores.
Key Skills
- Experience managing up to 80 mid-market accounts worth up to £200k.
- Proven track record of exceeding all targets of upselling, cross-selling and retention.
- Strong ability to identify client challenges and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
