Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Account Support Specialist. If you thrive in a structured environment and enjoy working with numbers, we want to hear from you!

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to clients regarding their accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation with a high attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Dealing with our suppliers and sorting out their energy bills


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Skilled in Microsoft 360 including Excel.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in Administration with a financial background or proven ability working with numbers.
