- Must hold Active SC Clearance to start

- Essential experience in 2nd line support, IT Hardware, reviewing tickets
Key responsibilities include:
- Resolve and manage 2nd line incidents and requests, ensuring SLA compliance and user communication.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and telephony issues, escalating when necessary.
- Deploy and track IT assets, manage stock rooms, and handle equipment recycling per policy.
- Maintain IT infrastructure, including equipment rooms and conference facilities, and support new site setups.
- Act as an escalation point, support team members, and provide cover for the Team Lead as needed.
- Monitor service performance, review SLA breaches, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
We need the Deskside & Technology Support Analyst to have:
- Active SC Clearance to start
- Willing to be full time on-site in Bristol
Key skills required:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in IT Service Management within a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements with strong customer service focus.
- Solid technical knowledge of IS services and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
- Proficient in data analysis with working knowledge of Excel/database structures and reporting.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel between company offices.
