Position: Help Desk Administrator

Location: Knowle, Bristol

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £23,000 to £24,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Administrator for a full time, permanent position based in a very busy office in Knowle.

This person will be working with an existing team of administrators in an open plan office.

This role will be dealing with one major clients who has a large number of Commercial Sites throughout the South of England. They will be responding to the clients reactive maintenance calls and organising engineers to site. With this they will also be updating the system, dealing with proforma’s as well as other general administration

The right person for this position will already have a strong administrative background. It would be an advantage if they have some experience coordinating and dealing with engineers.

This is a 100% office based position, we can not offer remote or hybrid working

Requirements

  • Strong administrative background
  • Ability to pick up new CRM systems
  • Based in a short commute to Knowle
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • It would be a major advantage if this person has FM experience
  • Coordinating experience is a bonus
