Juice Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a leading Security Management company in Bristol, seeking a Helpdesk Operator to join their dynamic team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone traffic, prioritizing and processing calls in line with client and company procedures.
- Email Handling: Manage and action all emails received by the Helpdesk.
- Database Maintenance: Accurately log and update records across all systems.
- Complaint Escalation: Identify and escalate complaints in line with the escalation process, both during and outside office hours.
- Team Support: Assist Supervisors and Managers, attending team meetings and contributing to follow-up actions.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with security checks and health & safety policies for all staff and visitors.
YOU WILL NEED:
- Experience: At least 5 years of proven success in a similar Helpdesk role.
- Communication Skills: A confident telephone manner with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility: Availability to work varied hours and adapt to business needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in using Outlook and Excel.
- Proximity: Must be based within a 45-minute commute of the office.
- Attitude: A positive, team-oriented approach with a "can-do" mindset.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Educated to a good standard.
- Previous Helpdesk experience is essential.
