First Line Support

Our client is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team on a temporary basis Based out of their Bristol office you will be responsible for resolving IT issues promptly, contributing to a safe and secure IT environment, and providing excellent customer service to a global team. You will report directly to the IT Service Desk Supervisor and assist with escalating more complex issues when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve IT tickets submitted to the Service Desk in a timely manner.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Provide hands-on hardware support (laptops, monitors, headsets) and troubleshoot devices.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
  • Manage Service Desk operations, including incident and service request tickets, change requests, and asset inventory.

Experiences Required:

  • Experience working on a service desk, providing first-line IT support.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Freshservice or similar) and ITSM processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues logically and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

This is a full-time, temporary role working Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30. The office is based in central Bristol. They are offering £12.60 per hour. For more information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Rachitha at Signature.
