A leading EdTech organisation are seeking a motivated IT Manager/Senior IT Support Engineer.

As an IT Manager/Senior IT Support Engineer you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and play a key role in providing high-quality support and services to internal customers.

You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and are always looking for ways to continue to develop themselves.

IT Manager/Senior IT Support EngineerKey Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability and reliability of internal services
  • Establish, maintain, and evolve secure services
  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support
  • Manage vendor relationships and software licenses
  • Maintain endpoint security and manage mobile devices
  • Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Manage ticket queues and meet internal support SLAs
  • Provide technical mentoring to others

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Office 365, including, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, OneDrive, Microsoft Intune/Autopilot
  • General Windows Server, networking, firewalls, switches knowledge
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in remote support and management
  • Mentoring experience
  • Understanding of GDPR
