Are you an experienced and driven Registered Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Regional Support Manager to oversee and support a portfolio of nursing homes, ensuring excellence in care, compliance, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to Home Managers across the region
- Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance with CQC standards
- Act as a trouble-shooter and mentor to homes requiring additional support
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and person-centred care
- Ensure the smooth operational running of services in line with company values
About You:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing home setting
- Strong track record of positive CQC outcomes
- A commitment to longevity and consistency in previous roles
- A natural leader with excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Nursing pin (RGN/RMN) preferred but not essential
