The role involves defining system and subsystem requirements, supporting complex weapon programmes, and collaborating on international projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilising requirements management toolsets such as DOORs
  • Defining and conducting systems studies to inform requirements
  • Performing data analysis and technical report writing
  • Communicating effectively within multi-discipline teams
  • Ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications
  • Collaborating with various engineering teams to ensure robust requirement capture
  • Developing and maintaining system requirements documentation


Job Requirements:


Essential experience:

  • Experience using requirements management toolsets (e.g., DOORs)
  • Capability to define and conduct systems studies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and technical report writing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-discipline team


Desirable experience:

  • Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), software, or firmware
  • Experience with RF systems and digital signal processing
  • Understanding of performance model development processes, task package management, and product verification & validation
  • Experience across the full product lifecycle
  • Hardware experience or an interest in hardware
