The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Systems Engineer?

  • Organising and facilitating Engineering Design Reviews to promote efficient collaboration and decision-making across teams
  • Administering and updating Engineering Management Plans to meet evolving requirements
  • Collecting and analysing data for internal team processes, presenting insights to senior stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with governance standards
  • Overseeing the certification process at the programme level, ensuring the department meets compliance standards
  • Assisting in implementing compliance and governance documentation to uphold industry standards
  • Managing Safety and Information Assurance to maintain adherence to regulatory and safety protocols

What are we looking for in our next Quality Engineer?

  • Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience
  • Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards it
  • Broad Systems Engineering knowledge
  • Experience in producing Engineering Management Plans
  • Familiarity with front-end design processes
  • Knowledge of ARP4754A/DO178C/DO254 standards
