The Role:
So, what will you be doing as a Systems Engineer?
- Organising and facilitating Engineering Design Reviews to promote efficient collaboration and decision-making across teams
- Administering and updating Engineering Management Plans to meet evolving requirements
- Collecting and analysing data for internal team processes, presenting insights to senior stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with governance standards
- Overseeing the certification process at the programme level, ensuring the department meets compliance standards
- Assisting in implementing compliance and governance documentation to uphold industry standards
- Managing Safety and Information Assurance to maintain adherence to regulatory and safety protocols
What are we looking for in our next Quality Engineer?
- Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience
- Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards it
- Broad Systems Engineering knowledge
- Experience in producing Engineering Management Plans
- Familiarity with front-end design processes
- Knowledge of ARP4754A/DO178C/DO254 standards
