Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen with a high-profile client based in the HAPPIEST CITY in the UK. They are continually improving their ways of working and have a number of high-profile workstreams that they have embarked upon. As part of this initiative and anticipated change, they are seeking a seasoned, confident and reliable Head of Programmes to develop and lead their project/programme teams. Your new roleThis is a Senior Leadership role that will be pivotal towards the successful delivery of business-critilcal portfolio of work. You will manage and lead programme/project teams to successfully embed digital change which meets the strategic direction of the business. You will lean upon your stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business up to executive/director level and report effectively on the status of the work and improvements that may be adopted. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role you will need -

  • Proved experience in an IT operation leadership role within a large, multidisciplinary organisation
  • A strong track record of managing complex digital programmes
  • The ability to lead and develop teams
  • Experience within the NHS or Healthcare would be highly desirable.
