An opportunity has arisen with an award-winning, high-profile organisation based in THE HAPPIEST CITY in the UK. They are undergoing major digital change and are now in need of a seasoned, confident, reliable and friendly 1st Line IT Technician to join their infrastructure teams.
Your new role
You will play a key role as part of technical infrastructure services working collaboratively to drive the business forward. In this position you will work with the team to prepare Windows 11 machines ready for deployment and assist to clear a backlog of tickets on the service desk. Generally, issues will be regarding Windows 10/11, Office 365 and other in-house applications.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience within an end user support role within an enterprise level environment
- Experience building Windows machines ready for deployment (DELL)
- A strong understanding of support processes within a Windows ecosystem
- Active Directory and Group Policy management
