Role: Software Product Manager
Salary: £60,000 (DOE)
Location: Bristol HQ - 3 days p/w

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of software products, from conception to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery.

Experience Required:

  • Working with digital B2B and B2C Solutions
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Logical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Technical proficiency, including an understanding of APIs, databases, and modern software architectures
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence.
  • Proven track record of delivering software products from concept to launch.
  • Experience working with SaaS (Software as a Service) products or cloud-based technologies.
  • Background in UI/UX design or software engineering is a plus.
  • Experience in customer-focused industries like Fintech, Healthtech, or E-commerce is a plus.
  • Experience of working in international organisations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's mission and market needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Define product roadmaps and long-term strategy based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market trends.
  • Prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes to balance between new functionality, customer feedback, and technical debt.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of the product.
