My client is looking to create and deliver a portal for their customers to access all of the required information in one simple place.
The challenge:
- There are a number of stand-alone back-end systems and applications, they are currently not sharing the data efficiently between these apps.
- We require a Solutions Delivery Manager to look at how best to ensure these apps share the necessary data and allow the data to flow into the new front-end portal.
- Other projects include managing the delivery of a new website (later in the year).
