Morgan McKinley are pleased to be supporting an PE backed client in North Bristol looking for a Netsuite Product Manager. This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity for a netsuite specialist.
The responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of current billing processes and systems.
- Perform gap analyses of SuiteBilling versus manual processes and identify inefficiencies.
- Design and implement streamlined billing workflows, collaborating with IT and finance for seamless integration.
- Train teams on new systems, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage multiple NetSuite projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
- Establish a model office to test and refine O2C processes and systems.
- Lead training programs and pilot testing to drive smooth adoption of new workflows.
- Document best practices and maintain the model office as a hub for finance transformation.
- Allocate resources effectively and address gaps to ensure project success.
- Develop change management plans to support transitions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build business cases for new projects and drive large-scale changes, implementing lessons learned.
The package:
- Salary - Depending on experience - to around £80,000
- 25 days annual leave
- Hybrid working - 2 days in office
