Morgan McKinley are pleased to be supporting an PE backed client in North Bristol looking for a Netsuite Product Manager. This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity for a netsuite specialist.

The responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of current billing processes and systems.
  • Perform gap analyses of SuiteBilling versus manual processes and identify inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement streamlined billing workflows, collaborating with IT and finance for seamless integration.
  • Train teams on new systems, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage multiple NetSuite projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
  • Establish a model office to test and refine O2C processes and systems.
  • Lead training programs and pilot testing to drive smooth adoption of new workflows.
  • Document best practices and maintain the model office as a hub for finance transformation.
  • Allocate resources effectively and address gaps to ensure project success.
  • Develop change management plans to support transitions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build business cases for new projects and drive large-scale changes, implementing lessons learned.

The package:

  • Salary - Depending on experience - to around £80,000
  • 25 days annual leave
