About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Freelance Project Manager to oversee a modular residential scheme in Bristol. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive daily rate and the chance to work on an innovative project shaping the future of residential construction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations and delivery of the modular residential scheme

Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers

Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within budget and to the highest standards

Oversee health and safety compliance on site

Utilize ASTA Powerproject to manage project schedules and progress
Requirements:

Proven experience in residential construction projects

Experience with modular construction is highly desirable

Relevant tickets and certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)

Proficiency in using ASTA Powerproject

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
