  • Lead the Tiger Team within the Boxer DT, including external SMEs (DSA, Field Army, ATT).
  • Must process complex technical info and provide strategic recommendations to SLT.
  • Coherently compile and present information suitable for 4* briefings.
  • Drive collaboration across MOD and industry to progress Tech Doc developments.
  • Assess and report ILS risks/issues; advise and implement COAs for resolution.
  • Lead on impactful areas such as DEFCON 82 (IPL Spares).
  • Provide leadership within the ILS team; coach and mentor juniors.
