We are looking for an experienced senior Project Manager who will lead the end-to-end implementation of a multi-year, enterprise ERP Programme to include; back-office systems, field service solutions and best-of-breed applications, where needed, to underpin future business growth and to driver operational efficiencies.

You will be responsible for finalising technology selection from shortlisted supplier demos, creation of the full programme proposal, cost and resource planning, execution and post-implementation support. You will help drive a programme team made up of business sme's, internal technology teams and third party suppliers.

Key strengths we are looking for:

  • A strong appreciation of data and how to improve value driven from data held as part of the implementation.
  • Previous experience in the delivery of a full, end-to-end implementation of an enterprise scale erp system is essential.
  • A background of working in an environment with a field-based workforce would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong change management skills- able to bring non-technical business users on the journey.
  • Proven experience of integrations with other business systems and middle-ware technologies.
  • Strong 3rd party management, able to hold suppliers to account.
  • Strong stakeholder experience, comfortable operating at MD and FD level.
