As Senior Project Manager you will be important to maintaining such success by delivering eCommerce development projects for household names across various industries. You will be working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, budget, and scope without a hitch. What’s more, you will embody a continuous improvement mindset to suggest improvements to process and procedure with the support of the business. Such a drive for improvement will also be rewarded personally – my client likes to offer budget for you to pursue certifications of your choice which will propel your career, such as Agile, Prince 2, Scrum and Adobe Commerce based. From day one you will benefit from unwavering support from the Delivery Director and Client Services Director who both have been with the agency for a combined 20+ years. This means support and guidance without micromanagement, and weekly/monthly reviews to ensure you are on track to achieve your next promotion within the agency. What experience you’ll need
  • Previous experience as Project Manager or similar delivering eCommerce/web development projects in an agency environment.
  • Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) is essential. Understanding of rival platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce will be beneficial.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Sound understanding of PM tools and systems.
  • You will be ambitious and driven, and a passionate about a career within a great digital agency who are at the top of their game.
  • As a communicative and confident stakeholder manager, you’ll utilise your previous experience to keep everyone informed along the way, obtaining buy-in and sign off for briefs, ensuring everything runs smoothly from inception to delivery.
  • Naturally you’ll be extremely organised, ensuring projects are being delivered on time and on budget and everything runs like clockwork.
  • Comfortable working remotely long term, or hybrid/office based if desired.
