What you'll be doing

Drive Quality Assurance: Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders across the business.
Manage Offshore Teams: Lead and coordinate efforts with offshore teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of testing activities.
Identify and Implement Improvements: Continuously assess and refine the testing processes as part of the Test Competency function.
Report to Leadership: Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
Meet Critical Deadlines: Ensure that all testing activities are completed on time and within scope, driving successful project outcomes
