Entry Level Mobile IT Technician

About You:
- Regardless of experience, the most important element to any candidate is genuine passion for I.T & a willingness to learn new skills.
- The roll of an I.T Field Engineer is field based and will often require you to travel to various sites, so it is imperative you have a valid driving licence, have your own vehicle and have a flexible approach towards travelling to a variety of locations.
- Practical skills such as DIY experience would be highly beneficial.
- Ex-Military- Required
Main Responsibilities of the IT Field Engineers:
- Attending customer site to install/ resolve IT equipment.
- Working closely with the IT support desk to feedback on support calls and ongoing issues.
- Liaising with account managers and updating customers with the progress and resolution of issues
