Job Title: RAN Network Design Specialist
Location: Bristol, UK
Type: 6 Months Contract
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced RAN Network Design Specialist to lead the design, planning, and optimization of our 2G, 4G, and 5G Radio Access Networks. Working with Ericsson and Nokia products, you'll analyse network data, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements for optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimise RAN networks for coverage, capacity, and quality.
- Analyse drive test logs and protocol traces (Wireshark) for network insights.
- Lead process improvements and adapt to unique client needs.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in RAN design/planning.
- Proficiency with Ericsson and Nokia RAN products.
- Strong analytical skills with tools like Wireshark and Accuver.
- Proven experience in process optimization.
