- Act as the bridge between functional users and technical teams, ensuring seamless ERP system configuration and updates.
- Create clear, user-friendly documentation to resolve queries and enhance understanding of system functionalities.
- Use data modeling practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Manage ERP maintenance and automate daily processes for maximum efficiency.
- Develop SQL reports to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Train and support users to ensure system integrity and optimal use.
