This multi-award-winning eCommerce agency is looking for a QA Analyst to come on board and play a key role in the delivery of Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento) projects for a variety of high profile and exciting clients. The role is in line with their continued, impressive growth plans and expansion of the team.Please note this role offers the choice of hybrid working from the Southwest or remote working from anywhere in the UK, but in both circumstances, applicants MUST live in the UK. With a track record of delivering medium to large sized projects, this agency wins awards every single year within the agency and eCommerce space for the quality, speed, and reliability of their service.As a QA Analyst, you will sit within the Innovations team comprising of Business Analysts, Solutions Analysts/Specialists/Architects, DevOps, Tech Support and more to work collaboratively and ensure projects are designed, developed and delivered to the highest quality and standards. You will also enjoy operating cross-functionally with the wider business from Development & Design to Delivery & Client Services for a smooth, agile process from start to finish.Naturally your day to day will entail tasks such as test planning and execution, analysing functional specs and user stories to derive test cases, agreeing test scope and scenarios, testing workstreams, process modelling, assist with improvements of automated test scripts, stakeholder management, identifying issues and risks, workload/capacity management, and overall adopting a flexible approach to work.In return you’ll enjoy full autonomy to manage your day as you see fit, with flexible working options, a very friendly and collaborative team to create a bond with and a culture that listens to your ideas.   • Strong experience in testing eCommerce websites/projects in an Agency environment.
  • Strong experience with Automation tools such as Cypress or Selenium.
  • Experience with Scripting Languages such as Java or PHP.
  • Experience with Web Testing frameworks such as Regression, Performance, API, A/B, UAT, etc.
  • Superb stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of JIRA.
  • Desire for continuous improvement, both personally and internally.
  • Previous experience of Adobe Commerce (Magento) would be very advantageous.
  • Understanding of the latest tools and trends to suggest best practice/make improvements.

  • Must be UK resident, happy working remotely or hybrid from S/W office.
