Nigel Frank are representing a internationally recognised manufacturing organisation, who are looking for a Senior D365FO Functional Analyst to join their highly skilled D365FO team.
This is a unique opportunity where you will be at the heart of the D365FO system, engaging with key stakeholders to ensure best practices are used to lead streamlined project work. With leadership, trust and sustainability at the heart of the organisations values, my client provide a clear plan for progression into a more senior role if the candidate desires.
The role offers a hybrid working model with an office expectation of x3 days a week!
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather and analyse their financial and operational requirements
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and objectives.
- Create functional specifications and design documents for system customizations.
- Ensure Change Requests are fully specified, planned, agreed with the Customer and Approved using the agreed Change mechanism.
- Provide D365 Application Development Support, including investigating and diagnosing system issues, identifying possible fixes, and improving system stability
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in customizing Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
- Knowledge of integration development between Dynamics 365 F&O and other systems or third-party applications.
- Strong communication skills with extensive stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
