About the client:This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join an already established, growing Managed Service Provider based in Bristol. They are looking to add motivated Engineers to the team who are looking to use and expand their current skillset, whilst providing excellent service to their large, diverse client base.

The IT Support Engineer Role:Working flexible hours of your choice between the hours of 7:30am - 6:00pm, your role will be to play a pivotal part in providing exemplary customer service for their clients large and diverse customer base. You will be a point of escalation for IT Support Issues raised from the First Line. There is a shift pattern that currently rotates one week every four weeks, that requires the Engineer to work an afternoon shift to support clients overseas.

IT Support Engineer Essential Skills:

  • Strong background in technical support, ideally to second line level.
  • Previous experience of working within an MSP (preferred)
  • Previous experience using Microsoft 365
  • Previous experience using Windows Server
  • Previous experience using VMWare
  • Strong background with Microsoft stack.
  • Good knowledge of Networking, Firewalls, Routers
