About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PAM Product Engineer to join the IAM Product Team at HL. The PAM Product Engineer is a specialist role focusing on developing new functionality within our PAM toolkit, maximising product value, collecting end user feedback, and supporting our Tech Leads and the wider team with development or incident resolution as required. This requires a mixture of technical skills, knowledge and experience and interpersonal skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Working within the IAM Product team, supporting project work and automation with our IAM and PAM toolkits, primarily CyberArk Privilege Cloud, to include development work and integration with colleague-facing systems.
  • Proactively obtain feedback and metrics on products' performance to drive improvements
  • Support Major Incident events, feeding into the PIR process and helping to produce the RCA
  • Managing tickets logged in ServiceNow and Jira, including Incidents, Changes, Requests and Problems, effectively and to SLA
  • Managing Product backlog, prioritising service based on business value
  • Helping to deliver the product vision and strategy, collaborating with stakeholders and making sure that technical and non-technical users alike are maximising product functionalities
  • Create and maintain accurate system documentation, including change requests, technical and user guides, hardware and software asset and configuration requests
  • Helping to deliver our IAM and PAM improvement programmes

About you

  • Significant experience in an IAM/PAM or closely equivalent role
  • Experience of working in a commercial organisation and liaising with all levels of stakeholder. Additional experience of working in a regulated and listed environment will be supportive to your success in this role.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining PAM toolkits, such as CyberArk Privilege Cloud
  • Qualified to a relevant industry standard
  • Practical work-based experience across IAM and PAM policy and technology, culture, incident response and risk management
  • Be able to evaluate the adequacy of controls, suggest and drive improvement
  • An effective and engaging communicator, able to present complex information in simple context, adapting your style to suit your audience
  • ITIL certified or have a good awareness of ITIL

Working Schedule

We are looking for a PAM Product Engineer to join our team, based in Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and coming into the office.
