Their product is widely used across health/social care, HE and the workplace and has secured significant grant and investment funding to scale their team so they can reach more users.What skills you’ll be needing

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• ISEB/ISTQB foundation level certificate.
• Extensive commercial test automation experience.
• Strong coding and automation skills in dotnet / C#.
• Advanced knowledge of Nunit (preferred) or Xunit test frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and ability to pick up Maestro or Playwright.
• Experience in both manual and automated API testing.

What you'll be doingReporting to the Test Manager and working alongside other testers within a well-established engineering team, this is a varied role with a focus on both manual and automated testing (50% each). The Test Engineer is responsible for supporting the Test Manager and broader development team in delivering robust test automation across our web, mobile and API applications. Working with all stakeholders in the development team they will also promote and enable best practices in agile testing, QA and test automation. They will also carry out acceptance, exploratory and regression testing as required to support the team in delivering moving faster to deliver high quality releases to users. You will be instrumental in the design, delivery, and maintenance of the automated test suites. They will also assist with test design, planning, execution (both manual and automated), release management and test reporting. They will also be expected to assist in the training and development of more junior testers, particularly around automation.What you'll get in return for your talents:You’ll receive a salary up to £55,000 plus company benefits including 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), training is supported, and a huge perk is their regular paid wellbeing days - they work a 9-day fortnight, so you have every other Friday off!
