Role: Systems Trainer & Support SpecialistLocation: Yate, Gloucestershire (Hybrid Working)Salary: £30-32,000 Company Profile:My client is an established Healthtech company specialising in providing both computerised and manual systems to the public and private health sector. Additionally, they supply a range of consumables currently being utilised by over 200 hospitals and decontamination units across the UK and Ireland. About the Role:As a Systems Trainer & Support Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering comprehensive training for our software as part of a wider technology transformation. You will engage with customers at all levels, utilising various training methods including in-person sessions, virtual meetings, and eLearning platforms. In addition, you will provide helpdesk support, assisting users with software-related enquiries and troubleshooting. This role requires regular travel across the UK to support our diverse customer base. Your ability to adapt training delivery to suit different skill levels and learning styles is essential. An inclusive approach and a passion for customer service are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: You will travel to new and existing customers to deliver on-site training and conduct classroom sessions at the company offices. This role also involves training other trainers and delivering web-based training sessions. Your goal is to empower learners across various platforms and environments.
 
  • Helpdesk Support: You will manage inbound calls and provide first and second-line technical support to clients, assisting with helpdesk enquiries, call management, and troubleshooting. You'll communicate effectively across various channels to deliver excellent customer service, and contribute ideas for improving our services and processes.

  • Confidence to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience in After Sales Service and Support or a similar role.
  • Strong IT skills (e.g., Desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a knack for identifying root causes.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
 What's On Offer:
  • Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. Salaries are reviewed annually in September.
  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Location: Yate, Gloucestershire
  • Work Flexibility: Option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays with a full ergonomic home setup provided. Office attendance required Tuesday to Thursday for collaboration and idea sharing.
  • Bonus: Eligible for our company bonus scheme after 6 months.
