About the Role: As a DT Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in Product Design, Graphics, and Resistant Materials, aligned with the GCSE curriculum
  • Plan and develop hands-on projects to foster students’ creativity and technical skills
  • Guide students through coursework, practical projects, and assessments to ensure progress and success
  • Cultivate a safe, inspiring environment where students feel encouraged to innovate and experiment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: QTS and a relevant degree in Design and Technology or a related field
  • Experience: Experience teaching DT at GCSE level preferred
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills, hands-on technical skills, and a creative approach to DT education
  • Attributes: Enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated to inspiring the next generation of designers
