Are you passionate about sustainable design, Modern Methods of Construction, and leading high-performing teams?
Would you like to work in Bristol's creative quarter?

We are working with an exciting design consultancy, who are focused on transforming offsite construction through developing manufactured building systems with teamwork and collaboration. They are seeking a highly skilled DfMA manager, to manage and develop a team, while helping clients understand and improve their DfMA processes.

As a DfMA Manager you will:

  • Oversee and motivate design teams to deliver high-quality, coordinated projects.
  • Drive innovation in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and sustainable design.
  • Develop design standards, ensure compliance, and lead product development.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet project goals.


What we are looking for:

  • Degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years in construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
  • Leadership experience with strong CAD and regulatory knowledge.
  • Passion for sustainability and Modern Methods of Construction.
