A Senior Manufacturing Engineer position has just become available for a well-established client near the Bristol area. This business has undergone sustained growth to produce high-value, complex components for various safety-critical industries. This business has invested heavily in its modern-day manufacturing facility and the staff who have enabled it to push the boundaries in recent years. In return, the successful professional will receive a competitive starting salary circa of £55,000+, pension scheme, a 12:30 finish on a Friday, and an opportunity to join a business that has a clear progression route to management.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer duties include -

  • Oversee the development and launch of new products within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients on technical aspects and resolve non-conformances.
  • Lead a team of engineers to implement new and existing products.
  • Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
  • Develop a long-term technology strategy and manage new capex installations.
  • Support the sales team with technical expertise and manufacturing feasibility.
