- Independently assess claims, verifying claimant eligibility and ensuring only valid claims progress
- Analyse medical and non-medical information, identifying gaps and seeking clarification
- Conduct regular reviews for ongoing claims
- Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting long-term client relationships
- Maintain compliance with risk, legal, and audit standards, handling sensitive information appropriately
About you:
- Knowledge of insurance/protection products, ideally within health claims or group insurance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret policy terms accurately
- Outstanding customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Flexible team player with a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement
- GR1 certification or applicable licenses (preferred)
