  • Independently assess claims, verifying claimant eligibility and ensuring only valid claims progress
  • Analyse medical and non-medical information, identifying gaps and seeking clarification
  • Conduct regular reviews for ongoing claims
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting long-term client relationships
  • Maintain compliance with risk, legal, and audit standards, handling sensitive information appropriately

About you:

  • Knowledge of insurance/protection products, ideally within health claims or group insurance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret policy terms accurately
  • Outstanding customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Flexible team player with a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement
  • GR1 certification or applicable licenses (preferred)
