We're looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join a great team in Bristol. You will act as first point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth coordination of property insurance claim processes. Your role is critical for ensuring claims are processed correctly. It offers flexible benefits, bonus, and enhanced pension scheme.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for clients and customers
- Noting details of property damage to pass onto the claims handling team
- Liaising with case and line managers to ensure service is delivered to a high standard
- Taking new loss instructions on claims
- Completing full triages
- Escalating claims or issues either outside license or as required by company procedure
Requirements
- Experience working with property claims in a customer support role
- Excellent communication skills with experience of telephone and email correspondence
- High attention to detail, able to work under pressure
- Organised with excellent time management
- Driver with a vehicle living within 30 minutes of Bristol
