Juice Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a global insurance firm based in the heart of Bristol, with the appointment of a fluent French speaking Customer Service & Claims Representative to join their expanding team.
The role is to provide a first class customer experience on each and every call, ensuring every client is treated fairly and has the very best experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls - responding to customer queries promptly and efficiently
- Verify all details provided and update the in-house systems
- Review customer details and ensure queries are answered
- Investigate all claims - obtain accurate information and gather all necessary paperwork
- Liaise with insurers
- Arrange all necessary repairs / arrange replacement with approved suppliers
- Ensure all work is completed inline with FCA guidelines
- Complete all necessary translations
The successful candidate will be a naturally confident communicator, with a passion for delivering exceptional standards of work. You will be a collaborate team player, who strives to achieve a common goals.
Previous experience of working in a commercial, office based environment is required. You must be fluent in French to be considered for the role, native preferably.
