Our client, an award winning investment and technology firm, is looking for an Investment Administration Associate to join their Asset Transfers team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with transfers in and out of the firm
  • Liaising with transfer managers and other firms to complete transfers efficiently
  • Providing update to advisers and account providers
  • Ensuring that transfers are chased in a timely and effective manner
  • Processing specie transfers in and out

Your skills:

  • Well organised
  • Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented
  • Energetic, collaborative, and proactive
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel knowledge
  • At least 6-12 months experience in a similar administration based role (desirable)
  • An understanding of ISA and SIPP regulations (desirable)
